Please note that for clients with medical insurance will require the following information before starting treatment.
1. Membership number
2. Authorisation code
3. Post code
4. Date of birth

Please note that late cancelations (less than 24h notice) and no shows will be charged at the full amount (this is at the discretion of the management).
