Zoom Pilates Class
Enjoy all the benefits of Esther’s classes without having to leave your own home. Classes are 45 minutes long and work through a series of Pilates exercises designed to strengthen and improve flexibility through the entire body. Classes are suitable for all as levels of difficulty are given for each exercise.
